Terms and Conditions

-Transfer mokafaa points to Avios and you'll receive 30% bonus Avios based on the number of Avios converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (for example, instead of earning 500 Avios against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 650 Avios).
-Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Avios is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction.
-Customers must correctly enter their Privilege Club membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
-The bonus Avios will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of base Avios converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
-The conversion of mokafaa points to Avios is subject to the conversion ratio (20 mokafaa:1 Avios) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
-The bonus Avios will not be calculated retroactively under any circumstances. If the Avios, which your mokafaa points were converted into, are credited to your Privilege Club account after the period this offer is valid has passed, you will not earn bonus Avios under this campaign.
-All bonus Avios earned will reflect in your Privilege Club account instantly.
-Once Avios are credited to your Privilege Club account after converting your mokafaa points into Avios, the transaction cannot be reversed.
-All decisions made by Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and Qatar Airways Privilege Club with respect to any matter relating to this campaign shall be final. Al Rajhi bank (mokafaa) or/and Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and terminate or otherwise amend this campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating Privilege Club members and eliminate them if found suspicious and involved in fraudulent activity. By participating in the offer, the members shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid conditions.
