Al Rajhi Bank supports the renovation and operation of the integrated clinic at the Disabled Children Association

100 children benefit for an entire year

Al Rajhi Bank recently signed an agreement with the Disabled Children Association under which the integrated clinic is to be developed and rebuilt while ensuring its operations run for a full year. Donations will amount to 1,496,000 Saudi Riyals, which Al Rajhi Bank will undertake as one of its sustainable social responsibility projects to ensure its success.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, CEO of the association, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Yami, Director of Institutional Communication at the bank, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides at the Disabled Children Association’s headquarters in Riyadh.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Tamimi praised Al Rajhi Bank for its societal initiative in adopting such projects, stressing the importance of continuous cooperation between sectors to provide high quality services across all parts of our beloved kingdom. This project, God willing, will bring an added value in offering treatment and creating suitable conditions for children with disabilities. As a result, God willing, more than 100 children from the ages of 0 to 12 will have access to clinical services with 3 hours of treatment per day for a whole year.

The bank’s donation comes in support of the association’s programs under its social responsibility, to help organizations reach their goals and contribute to addressing disabilities in light of the monumental steps taken since its inception more than four decades ago.

Al Rajhi Bank is keen on adopting sustainable projects to serve the community, with this project taken as a model for community service through the complete cooperation between the bank and the Disabled Children Association.

Since its establishment, the bank has continued to support many projects for the benefit of the community in every aspect, whether in education, health, training, or through the support of charities. In addition, the bank has initiated and put volunteering into action during the last five years, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to reach a total of one million volunteers, God willing.
