Within the framework of our commitment to provide the best services to our customers, we are pleased to announce that we have added a Smart Chip to all our mada Debit Cards. The Smart Chip allows for maximum protection against unauthorized use.

mada Atheer
mada atheer is a value-added service that allows cardholders to make purchase payments in a safe, easy and fast manner by simply waving or tapping their card over of the POS terminal.
- Use for any single purchase amount less than 100 SAR
- Available at merchant locations that have requested the mada atheer service
- When the total cumulative amount of mada atheer transactions reaches SR 300, the cardholder will be requested to insert their card & enter their PIN
Mada Card Delivery Service
You can now request your debit card (Mada) replacement\renew and have it delivered (includes additional fees for delivery) both domestically and internationally through our Contact Center’s service channels.
Find below important steps to request Mada Card delivery prior to applying to the service:
Applicant must be phone banking Customer
If customer has not registered in phone banking, below are the steps to register
- Call us (920003344 for retail / 8001248880 for private & affluent) from your registered mobile.
- Select other services option by pressing number 0
- Select IVR registration services option by pressing number 3
- Enter your debit card number
- Enter your debit card PIN
- Enter the last 7 numbers of your current account
- Enter your new 4 digit telephonic PIN number, then enter again for confirmation
- Now you are registered in IVR
How to submit your request?
- Call from registered mobile to (920003344 for retail / 8001248880 for private & affluent)
- Login to your phone services with your phone banking PIN
- Select Current Account
- Services option by pressing number 1
- Then, select Talk to an Agent option, by pressing number 0
- After that, select Services & Inquiries option, by pressing number 1.
- Now just tell our agent with your request & provide your contact & address info.
Steps to activate card:
- Call from registered mobile to (920003344 for retail / 8001248880 for private & affluent)
- Login to your phone services with your phone banking PIN
- Select Current Account Services option by pressing number 1
- Then, select More Services option, by pressing number 5
- Then, select Talk to an Agent option, by pressing number 0
- After that, select Activate a Debit Card option, be pressing number 4
- Enter the card number and select a new PIN, then enter again for confirmation
- To complete the activation, the first use should be on the ATM
- Once confirmed your card will be successfully activated and ready for use
