Home Conditions
- Must be fully constructed and not more than 25 years old
- The land must not be less than 200 Sqm (for Villa) and not be less than 80 Sqm (for Apartment)
- Must have an independent title deed

- A copy of a valid Saudi National Identity Card.
- Employment letter - For the private sector, it must be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.
- A completed Home Finance application form

- A copy of the title deed (both sides)
- Acknowledgement that you inspected the home
- Location map of the home
- A copy of the Building Permission
