  3. Enter your alrajhi bank eligible card details
  4. Wait a few moments for the card validity to be verified through SAR 3 authorization, which will subsequently be reversed.
  5. Select your desired location from the list of the valet parking locations displayed to you.
  6. You will receive an email with the booking details.
  7. Share your booking ID with the valet operator.
  8. Valet operator will validate your request on the platform and take your car key.
Terms and Conditions
  1. Offer is valid on alrajhi bank Black and Infinite credit cards.
  2. Valet Parking usage is capped to 2 per card per month during the offer period.
  3. Offer is only applicable to the list of Valet Parking locations which is available on alrajhi bank’s Thriwe portal.
  4. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the vehicle or its contents during or after the use of the service. And any claims must be directed to the service provider.
  5. The Bank does not guarantee the quality or level of service provided by the service provider.
  6. The Bank bears no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or any service disruptions.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to amend or cancel service locations, as well as the number of complimentary uses, at any time without prior notice.
  8. The offer applies upon meeting a minimum spending requirement of 5,000 SAR using the card during the month in which the booking was raised. If the minimum spending requirement is not met, a fee of 100 SAR will be charged per service. (E-wallets top up, Cash Transfer from the card to current account inside and outside the bank, Cash Withdrawal, SADAD Bill Payments, as well as purchases done through SADAD are excluded from the spending condition).
  9. If the customer does not meet the spending condition, the fees will be deducted within 60 days.
  10. An authorization of  3 SAR would be done on the card to ensure card is active, which will subsequently be reversed.
  11. The card must be active and without any overdue to qualify for the offer.
  12. alrajhi bank holds the right to amend or change the T&C of the offer including the campaign duration.
